Meet Our Maintenance Staff

Bill Halpin, our Director of Maintenance, is an Airframe and Power Plant mechanic with Inspection Authorization (IA) with over twenty seven years of general aviation experience including part 135 and 121 operations. Bill specializes in the Beechcraft Duke aircraft, engine rebuild and non-destruct inspection of components. His credentials include private pilot with multi-engine rating, factory trained Schweizer helicopter mechanic, FCC General Radio Telephone certificate, welding including gas, MIG and TIG, a strong sheet metal and fabric background and many other accomplishments.
